Shipping policy

Delivery will be arranged within 72hours once received payment, and will use third parties delivery services or delivered as clients request.DHL(fast & safety, just 2-4 working days), EMS (safety & favorable, need 5-10 working days ), UPS & FEDEX (fast & expensive)

Warranty policy

There is a six months to one year warranty (depends on the quality) on the panels provided by us from the date you receive them. We will put on warranty label at the rear side of Screen. You should not try to fix any defect by yourself. Broken warranty label will cause warranty to be ceased automatically. Any defect found during the warranty period should be reported to us by e-mail or phone call within one week. Of course we are not responsible for any defect caused by the purchasers. And Usually, we don’t accept any return other than defect for free. Buyer should make sure the correctness of LCD manufacturer’s part number before confirming the order.

Return Policy

1)Customer has 14 days to inspect/install the product upon delivery. Please report any damage or dead-on-arrial (DOA) during the period. 
2)Customer may exchange for same exact product within 180-day, when it is determined defects. 
3)Customer please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping product back, and is responsible for any shipping charges to ship the product back. Any return/exchange without RMA may be rejected. Please follow instructions in RMA to pack the product or it may be rejected.
